Love in the Asylum – Pull The Plug

It's only 1:14 p.m. and it's already been a hell of a day. I got confirmation of a big interview for us here at Those Who Dig yesterday, and I'm still on a high from that. I'll spare you the details, but the great news keeps flowing today. In honor of this awesome mood I needed a catchy, upbeat song. Thank you, Love in the Asylum.

These young Londoners only formed back in May and didn't play their first show until August. Despite that, Love in the Asylum have a pretty fully formed sound. I was a little wary at first when I heard a comparison to Kings of Leon, but I'm happy to say their a much livelier and talented bunch and closer to Vampire Weekend or Bloc Party. "Pull The Plug" is a great pop tune that's sure to get you a'smilin', and a'dancin'. Great song when you're in a great mood.
