So far, Label Year has looked at a diverse range of releases, from full length albums to digital singles (with remixes and with b-sides), and from 7" records to digital albums. The latest addition to this eclectic mix is The Bedroom Demos, a full demo version of a previously released album, In Our Bedroom After the War by Stars.
This is it, Dig-Nation. Velvet Underground Month comes to a close. It's been 5 weeks of posts on this fascinating band, and to bring things to an end, I'm going to give a brief overview of some of the music I didn't cover, as well as my closing thoughts on the band and this experience of covering them in depth.
Velvet Underground Month is just about over. I'm doing a few last posts this week to wrap things up, starting with some stuff I missed or forgot to include in previous posts.

It's time for my final rankings, at least as part of this Velvet Underground Month feature. We've heard all four studio albums, how do the songs shake out, based on my personal preference? Jeff Tweedy plays the Black Eyed Peas "I Gotta Feeling." Just about everything this man touches turns to gold as far as I'm concerned. Check this clip out, it's another solid example, enjoyable & hilarious. Especially when he is preparing the crowd for call-and-response.
